5.2 Account Currency

8.2 Return of Funds

9.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by rc777a. The platform reserves the right to decline, void or limit any bet at its reasonable discretion, including where market errors, technical faults or suspicious activity are identified.

9.2 Odds and Markets

9.4 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void — and the stake returned — in circumstances including but not limited to: event abandonment or postponement, incorrect market construction, or proof of match manipulation. Void bet determinations are at the reasonable discretion of rc777a.

rc777a may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the specific Bonus Terms applicable to that offer, which are communicated at the point of offer and are in addition to these General Terms.

10.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirement: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before associated winnings become withdrawable. The multiplier is stated in each offer's Bonus Terms;
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: Placing bets above the stated maximum stake limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being forfeited;
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game type are specified in individual Bonus Terms;
• Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, after which any unused bonus balance and associated winnings may be forfeited;
• Maximum Cash-out: Some bonuses carry a cap on the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings, regardless of the total amount won.

10.2 Bonus Abuse

rc777a operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes — but is not limited to — opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, colluding with other Users to manipulate wagering requirements, or systematically exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with good faith participation. Any Account found to be involved in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance forfeited and may be permanently closed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rc777a platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets, access markets or interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by rc777a;
• Exploiting platform errors, pricing mistakes or technical faults for financial gain;
• Participating in, facilitating or having prior knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of sports manipulation;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal financial activity using the platform;
• Opening, operating or using multiple Accounts for the purpose of circumventing platform restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses;
• Sharing Account credentials with third parties or allowing third parties to operate your Account;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, harassing or discriminatory conduct toward rc777a staff or other Users;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes in live casino products through collusion with dealers, other players or platform staff.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. rc777a's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
